		<description>I'm rather a 'local' to this area, living only an hour away. I've traveled this road 4 times, each time I discover yet another interesting view. If you are in NH during the late fall, allow several hours to traverse the full route - the scenery of fall foliage draws people from hundreds of miles distance.</description>

It means the land will be forever managed as "wild", and will offer increasingling rare opportunities to visit and experience a landscape "where natural forces prevail."  There are also benefits to wildlife, ecology, and scientific research that are not available in more heavily used or "managed" areas.
