- Description
- The trail to the summit of MT Potash (2660ft.) begins on Downes Brook Trail. The Mt. Potash Trail bears right (West), soon crossing Downes Brook. From there the trail ascends to the ledges with excellent views South. It continues along the ledge and quickly ascends to the exposed summit. There are excellent views in all directions.
- The 4 mile hike is considered More Difficult and takes about 4 hours round trip. If you are in good shape, this is a great, invigorating dayhike with a nice view.
